Well the carb internals are gunk free again and it still wont start. It will if I spray fuel through the carbs but it just will not suck it up the jets. I cannot understand how by not doing a thing to perfectly good carbs for ages can make them become the biggest headache ever.

Have you tried taking the drain screws out the float bowls to check the fuel is getting through ? If it is, maybe the fuel level is too low.

Yea they're filling up. I was going to check the heights but thought ah fuck it and put the things together. They are all as per manual around 14mm, maybe I should put them all at 13mm. That'll be tomorrows job or Fridays.

If fuel is getting into the bowls ok then it's obviously not being squirted into the engine properly...that would be the jets I would have thought:-/

Right all I can think of is that the higher the fuel level technically the less vacuum you need to draw up fuel from the jet this is hurting my head so try increase the fuel in the bowls paddy , are the plugs wet ? Did you measure the floats with the floats only resting on the float needles not depressing them?

The only time I could have mixed them up is when I stripped them to put in the tank the first time. However I cant remember if I removed the floats but thankfully I took a pic so I will check
