Got some more goodies for the bike, brought a set of GSXR K1 750 forks with top and bottom yokes, pressed out the GSXR stem and pressed in a Bandit one, found some head bearings lying around so new bearings going in, ordered a mudguard and a set of calipers.
Got someone on the Bandit forum making me up some top hat adaptors so I can use the Bandits wheel and spindal.
Just need to shim the calipers by 3mm or buy some slingshot discs then I'll only need a 0.5 mm shim.
Just ordered a koso DB-01R digital dash brand new for £50 bargain.
So the front end is gonna change a bit over the coming month or so.

Jeez, just looked at the vid and I see what you mean.  When I used to regularly have my little racer on the dyno (Trick Tuning, does a lot of racers including the Buildbase BSB team) he was a lot smoother letting it pull through the rev range, not just banging it up there. Does it actually get chance to make any boost doing it like that ? I'm not dissing your guy but I'd look at taking to somebody with known experience with turbos. It may cost you more in time and travel but I think it would be better value for your money in the long run. The old, drag the rear brake on the coast down trick. A sneaky way of making the numbers bigger.  |

I've had an offer to take to the guy I brought the turbo kit from in whitchurch, he builds these and dyno's them for a living, yeah it's a distance from me but the rewards if he can sort it would out way the travel.
