Well we've been given a ball park figure of £15-17k. That's an 18m sq garage insulated with pitched roof adjoining the house and removal of the existing one with asbestos roof. He'll be round after Xmas to look in more detail (could have came today but we had to go shopping). Loads of money

We want it the length of the house which will make it roughly 1.5mtr longer than it is now. We had a quote a few years ago that I had forgot about which was £15k. He needs to come round and have a look yet but that was just ball park
