Those carbs are the hardest I've ever had to remove. The whole design really does take the piss and you need a magic wand to get them out....hmmm hang on a minute, 'Sooty'!!!!!!!

Winning!!!! 1 1/2 hrs off beating the crap out if the front engine bolt and an overnight soak and more squirting if WD40 a moment ago and I've finally removed the engine bolt from hell. I'm so glad I'm striping this lovely bike to bare frame for a deep clean and service. I can now remove the 'very light' engine

Its crazy having to use an impact driver to remove a coolant tank

And having to feed the entire loom through this hole. Couldn't remove the clocks end because of a big rubber grommet I can't remove.
