It's looking good Ken, So how much boost you looking to make and what sort of BHP you expecting?

The waste gate Spring I've got is 11psi so it should be about 8 psi , but I'm going buy a 14 psi spring to take with me to the dyno to make it 12 psi and make some adjustments , I'm ordering a dealer box of jets and spend a day setting it up , don't really know what to expect bhp wise really i know it's fucking loud

You can use the top port of the wastegate to double the springs psi rating with a set up like this... Bit of info about this set up... The intake charge pressure works against the wastegate spring like normal, but some of that pressure is redirected to the top of the diaphragm to help the spring. This makes the pressure on the top side of the diaphragm higher, so it will take more boost pressure below it to open. If you set the pressure regulator for 1 psi, it will add 1 psi of helping pressure to the spring so it should take 1 psi more to open the wastegate than normal. Set the pressure regulator higher to obtain higher boost levels.

Yeah it's the same principal what you used to use on rs turbos a bleed valve or stick a motorbike jet in the actuator pipe to hold more boost , but the spring is safe my mate had a set up like that but I think it was electronic and it failed he was lucky he didn't pop his engine I will stick to the Spring, plus I don't want to add more stuff I don't want any clutter top man

Bracket for the carbs? I'm a bit lost on that one? I need bringing up to speed on that lol. Is something trying to pull them back out of position?

It's to keep the carbs on as they try to pop off the clips as bst's are oval you can't clamp them very good
