Bought new in 2007 to replace my 04 Hayabusa. It was supposed to stay stock / standard. I'd lost a few points and wanted a quiet, 100% legal bike as a run-around.

8 years on and its still here. It now has later 2010 B-King "Gold" wheels, radiator guards, a personal plate, A slimmer / taller 190/55 tyre, Renthal 789 bars, Staintune cans.

I removed the rear pegs and put the seat cowl on. It's now registered as a single seat bike, no passengers. I get half price road tax. (Both the B-King and my Busa are registered as single seat, its free to do)

I still think its an ugly B#stard thing, but it always put a smile on my face. It has several faults but in the right role, its a real Sledgehammer bike. A stupid thing. I like it.

Bruiser that thing Tony. I like it!
Was the original rear tyre a 200 job?

Gen-2 Busa and B-King use the same 6" rear wheel.
Busa gets a 190/50 B-King gets a 200/50
It's quite commons for B-King owners to fit a 190/55.
A fraction taller and more sporty profile and a much better choice of tyres .
