Here's one our big dewalt drill that we use for wall ties to secure the scaff had a flat batt ! Well we asked Toby the labourer to get us another batt from the wagon. He asked what was the fully charged one off the guys shouted down the fully charged battery will be the heaviest we couldn't believe he had a battery in each hand weighing them up lol

Your mate was in fact correct. The fully charged battery would be the heaviest, however trying to feel that weight difference is ridiculous. Its something like o.ooooooooo1g difference lol

Many of the "operators" I meet are as thick as pig shit, or can't string a full sentence together in English. Sometimes I think I'm the thick c**t, because it can take me all day to fix a machine that should have taken me 2 hours. ha ha. Or is that me wasting time.

We once sent a not very bright guy down the chippy clutching a £20 note to get dinner with the parting words " don't forget to get yourself something"
He came back 2 hours later with fish & chips, pie & chips, sausage & chips as ordered along with a jumper for himself I cant decide if he was the plank or we were for sending him Well if he managed to get all that for £20 I say well done that man lol

I was YTS as well. I ran a KH100ex but didn't drink or smoke until I gave in to peer pressure. I later was earning a crappy £98 a week and I bought my LC 250 for £795 or maybe £850?? on finance and would commute 10 miles each way, ride in the evening and would have £3 a day in my pocket. I was good at budgeting.
