I take it it runs into our drain so you see the run of the pipe will be in the way.

Move the drain pipe to the front of the house and tap in the drain hard to see the whole picture from the pics to work out what can go where

Yea only rain water from the guttering. I can take better pic tomorrow, that drain is full of leaves at the moment. As for the manhole, all I know is if any of the houses have a dump when its lifted I get to see it float past lol. It's a new lid so I need to get keys for it. Not keen on it running down the front, I like it on the side keeping the front nice.

Going to check the deeds as we think pipe work is shown. The soil stack runs I think diagonally into the drain from the other corner of the house.

Your not wrong lol, a couple of years ago the toilet kept blocking. I lifted the manhole and it was rising up. I called whoever it was who unblocked it a few houses down as a someone had been putting baby wipes and stuff down the toilet. On one time I had the cover up a turd went by lol. They then repaired our manhole as its their responsibility apparently |

Yea been trying to find lots of info and found it needs inspecting and passing regulations at each stage. Mental how much red tape there is for a facking trench

Gona get hold of the inspector and see what he says. We've decided to do as much of the garage build ourselves as we can. Dont want to pay a builder to get in trades for each bit. We can get trades in ourselves for what we cant do.
