I'm with you all on the head cams on the road, you're asking for trouble.
It's the scentence that gets me, how many others have caused a death by dangerous driving and got less than that?
What annoys me most with today's Policing is they lean so heavily on the "what if" and this "could have" happened, therefore you are guilty by the very nature that you didn't actually do anything but you may have, yes but it fucking didn't did it. So is our justice system now based upon the "potential" to do harm than the actual act and proof of doing harm, we no longer have to actually commit an offence rather just having a set of circumstances that increase the chances of such an act by ten fold?
2 years for speeding and acting a cock! That is what he is guilty of, he didn't kill anybody, cause a crash, rape a child, shoot a police officer, sell crack cocaine to a minor, nick 200 sheep in the dead of night, he was speeding and breaking the odd traffic law, not criminal law.
By the very fact they placed an emphasis upon "It was a miracle nobody was killed" shows where this is all going. What a crock of shit, miracles don't happen outside the context of the Bible, no place for this in the so called justice system.
Another view could be, "He handled the high powered Sports Bike very well at high speeds, there were no accidents or collisions as his experience is vast given he has been a Motorcyclist since he was 17, and well used to a performance motorcycle." "Whilst we acknowledge he no doubt has the ability to control such a high powered machine, there is no place for this kind of behaviour on our roads and must be dealt with accordingly."
No, he's a fucking menace to society terrorising our leafy suburbs, scaring old ladies and small children and making babies soil their nappies, the less of these so called "Motorcyclists" that are allowed to enjoy the freedoms of life outside their back braking sole destroying capitalist jobs the better.
