Ha ha, that and cracking his whip! I'm not big on cars, my misses has a Suzuki Vitara XL7, had it from new it now has 130,000 miles on it, now starting to get a chain of problems. Picked up my new co' car in October, new shape Mondeo estate, not a bad car by all accounts I do lots of miles in my work, so something comfy and capable is a must.

I'm afraid my only interest in cars is, Can I carry bike stuff round in it ? Is it cheap to run ? Unless someone came up with an old 2CV van in good condition that I could afford. They're just cool.

It's got to be the 2CV van.
Suicide doors and sliding windows

The Ford Territory in my earlier post was written off so they gave us another the same, well almost, same model with same extras but no Blue available so we had Silver. I like the Territory. They are a bit thirsty on fuel ( 4000cc straight 6 Auto ) but nice solid cars. Rear whel drive, tow really well, heaps of room to carry stuff, seats 7. The downside is they are based on the Aussie Built Ford Falcon car that's going out of production so it looks like this will be our last. We have had 4. Bugger!

Nice solid looking motor that Tony. Bit like a VW Tuareg.
How long have you been down under ? You even talk/post like an Aussie.

Was visiting every year 2000 to 2003. 2004 booked myself a one way flight. Lived here 12 years. Been out here 10 times since 2000. I try and get back to the UK every 12 or 18 months but I'm starting to hate the flights and can't really afford it.

Nice solid looking motor that Tony. Bit like a VW Tuareg. Theres quite a few similar looking cars out there. The Territory is just a high upright shell, sat on the running gear from our home market Ford Falcon saloon.

I was staying at a cheap motel in a country town in NSW a while back, from my room I heard a very familiar sound outside, stuck my head out and.....
