Any tips on a decent repair to stop this blowing at that joint? Bloody thing is loose. A jubilee clip dont do it either.  |

How about a pipe expander on the inner pipe and GENTLY take it out until tight on the outside pipe. Failing that a fuck-load of exhaust putty  |
