Well as you can see it's running , now to be fair it's not as straight forward as it makes out I had to take a little more of the engine mount lower and a little bit off the frame not a lot as didn't want take to much strength out , but now the chain run is Bob on and the airbox is bang in the middle where it screws to the frame. Now then the front mounts these I've found want to be done right I'm going get my mate weld some proper mounts to the frame and weld a rear engine frame mount none of this steel bracket crap plus I don't know how the fuck they can fit and screw then together , I've made a temp bracket so the engine holds in place till I do some more work on it as doing some painting in the house tomorrow and mot a scooter then go the hospital see the mid wife , then sat I will fit the rad and exhaust and do a mock fitting oh got to modify my original fuel tank

I would say it isn't as bad as what I've been doing as the engine has been out id say 8 times because even though there are step by step guides on the internet you still have to overcome or fathom out problems the main thing is the mounts I'd say luckily my mate is a shit hot Ali welder so we can make some proper factory looking mounts and then I will paint or polish (clean) the engine then it goes back in , the exhaust is going on temp I'm might get one made

You must have the patience of a saint Ken. If the scooter riders round your way are the same as here I'd end up wrapping one round their head. Stroppy anti social little fucktards. Great build BTW

Great build BTW mate your not far off the worst are their dads although I've had a few genuine ones , but I've had phone calls that scooter you sold is leaking petrol from the exhaust in me garage init , my answer can't do its a vacuum tap oh they say my gsxr 1000 hasn't got a tap, no I say that's got a fuel pump with no tap , then well when it goes down hill it's miss fires yes I say that's what I told you when you bought it because it's got a standard cdi that has a rev limit and cuts ignition out when over revved , they say he's only doing 15 mph , I say your the only twat I know that goes slower downhill on a scooter mate I'm not a garage the warranty ended at the end of the drive it's a two stroke it's a stick of dynamite lol
