When I was looking at some horrible Suzuki today I suddenly thought why not start putting post it notes on bike seats with an invite to join the forum, maybe little business type cards??

You could hang around peoples bikes in a trenchcoat and speak to them when they get back to their bike?

A couple of folk I've directed towards here have been on other forums.
Often folk in the street aren't interested in online stuff or only Facebook.
It's not unusual to be on more than one forum so I don't see it as poaching or stealing members and if they are on another forum then its not a drama to be on this one.

Once the weather gets better (warmer and drier) it might be worth getting some fliers and putting them up at local biker meeting places etc

What about t-shirts? For over the bike jacket or when just out and about? I know I ride a Kwak which makes me a criminal but I'd take the flak!

Could have a little bit of customisation going on. Like mine could read "Bellend" for example.

I always keep a few DTP calling cards in my wallet to tuck under the seat of a likely looking bike.
