Full Spec List..
DRZ400SM.
Our location. Cwmbran, South Wales.
First registered 23 Oct 2006.
Mileage..23560.
MOT'd until Aug 2016.
Currently on SORN.
We bought the bike 4 Oct 2014.
We completely stripped it. Frame, sub frame, side stand and yokes went over to Griffs in Bristol for powder coating.
When we rebuilt it we replaced..
Tyres
Chain/sprocket kit.(DID)
Stainless chain guard..Black powder coated.
Chain tension rollers plus rear chain skid block.
Front and rear brake pads.
Stripped cleaned and painted both calipers.
Front and rear wheel bearings replaced.
Steering head bearings replaced.
Wezmoto stainless braided brake lines front and rear.
The bike runs with K&N airfilter, airbox mod and re-jetted carb to suit.
It has a full FMF stainless exhaust system fitted. I re-sleeved the end can in carbon and fitted new FMF stickers.
We fitted Zeta reservoir caps, Zeta engine plugs, Zeta solid handlebar bushes.
Apico Racing rear brake master cylinder clevis.
Full set of Roose Motorsport red silicone coolant hoses.
Renthal bars.
Stubby clutch and brake levers.
Polisport hand guards.
Black Ascerbis body kit.
Wheel spindle crash bobbins.
Engine casing crash protectors.
Carb rubber/air box clips replaced with stainless.
Just about every bolt on the bike has been replaced with stainless. (As many as we could on the frame and engine)
I'm sure there is more, but I think the above list just about covers it.
