Well it lasted a morning yesterday before she kicked me outside said my face looked bored and had fidgety legs ha ha love my missis she said I do her head in so I was in the shed working on scooters listening to music bliss

No kids of my own, but do have two step kids. 21 and 18.
Happy to have them both at home as long as they are working hard at Uni
and getting good results which they both are doing.
Downside to me is they are very academic like their mom, and not hands on.
Great kids and smart at what they are doing, but couldn't change a spark plug
or headlight bulb if their lives depended on it.
Don't think either of them put a head into my shed in the last year or two.
Such is life.

Well I'm just going have to juggle most things good thing is we are having a girl so she and mum can go shopping later leave me to garage time

I scared the crap out of my granddaughter when I started up my slabby lol. I have a photo of my youngest screaming coz I held her on the tank of my NS.
On that academic note, the students at Southampton uni cannot figure out how to open both doors on a double door?? Or realise that cars will run you over if you cross without looking.

That's because folk don't have life skills anymore , I remember my dad teaching me about engines told me wet my finger and touch top of a spark plug on a running lawnmower ,,, holy shit I've never forgot it

I have yet to find one that has offered anything of any importance to man kind and its continued well being, unless of course they get somebody else to do the work for them under their own instruction/demands. What the future holds for them is an unknown, but I sincerely hope I'm not around to fucking find out.  |
