I had rather a rapid move over to Wales three years ago(Personal reasons) to a house with no garage or shed. Something had to be done pretty fast to house my bikes and all the kit. Phone calls were made. A shed was chosen. It was the about the largest I could get in and a reasonable price too. An area was cleared..  Base went down..  Shed arrived..   It's 14x10 foot. Could really do with a bigger one, but as the house is rented I'd rather wait until we move to go bigger. My brother in law is a sparky, so he popped over and put leccy in the shed while I replaced the fork seals on his Bandit 1200.    Made it as secure as I can too.. 
I'm currently planning a lean to extension to the shed for more covered bike storage. It'll go where the wheelie bins are at the mo. |

Sounds familiar, I moved to a house with no shed and mine went up super-urgent too.
They are never big enough and I too am planning the next one.
I have shed envy too.
I'd love a pillar drill and I'd like some hard standing area outside my shed not a lawn.
Top job mate.

Yeah the hard standing is vital tbh. Pillar drill cost me about £35 from B&Q years ago. I couldn't do without it. Even though plenty of heaters in the shed, I've worked on the B6 outside today in the sun...Valve clearances and carb balance all done. Took two hours to chisel and punch the very rear cam cover bolt out...Seized solid ffs   And finally out..  Strangely enough the front one came out quite easily with the aid of a punch and big hammer. |

And with the all important man cave sign outside  I have the narrower version of them shelves and the 9 drawer of that Halfords pro tool cabinet. I want a pillar drill, grinder aswell and a big manly lathe like stellafella has in his shed |

Nowt wrong with that bud, problem with sheds is they're big enough for about 6 months. Mines had two extensions already , and your right, its to small again. The bigger it gets the more crap I get |

Really like that, the way it's kitted and the neatness of it...I'm hoping to get a pillar drill from my work..it's floor standing and fully adjustable...fingers crossed:-)

Silly question, but you said the house is rented?
Did the landlord chip in for the shed costs?
Or could you sell it or take it with you when you go ?
I do like the fact yours can't be seen by passer by's and is behind a solid fence / gate.
