My mate is going knock up the pipe work for me and I just need fuel pump ,fuel pressure reg , and 3 mm low compression plate, some good clips for inlet / silicone hose we are on a winner make sure they are proper jubilee clips and I would lightly roughen the silicone hose with sandpaper were the clips clamp as they are so slippy I kept blowing the hks pipes off my evo due to pipes being slippy and crap clamps regards mike |

Ordered a new base gasket today had to order one to give to my mate to measure it then programme into laser cutter then the build starts

So the low compression plate is what's being cut?? And so your raising the head a smidge to reduce compression instead of using them busa pistons? Am I right?? Just making sure I've taken things in correctly.

Yes I've got a 1216 ported engine which has wisecos fitted but they aren't low comp piston so I've got to lower the compression as you have to do a lot of work to fit busa pistons to a efe machining the crankcases so to cheat I will use a 3mm plate to lower compression and the wisecos will be strong enough 11 psi is plenty for me I want it useable and fun
