There's only two words you need to know when you up this way. Cumberland Sausage. Nothing, I mean NOTHING even comes close anywhere else. no, it's not local slang for a position.

Stared looking at properties. To be honest we aren't ready to move but want to get an idea of prices, what's available, different locations. Just doing some home work. Real estate (Estate Agent) said he has a few we can look at next weekend. One, about 1/3rd of the price of where we are now (its in the back of beyond!) Cheaper than a terrace house in Kidderminster. Oldish house, 10 acres, and a shed. I joked... Send me a picture of the shed...... 30 foot by 40 foot !!!!! Estate agent said that's quite normal and many rural properties have MUCH larger!!!!!

Being English I thought the same when I moved here, but out in the country we have looked at a few places for sale that had "a shed". No one seems to think its a big deal in more rural area's. Both of these two below we looked at, both came with houses that were a fraction of the cost of living anywhere close to the city. No attraction for most folk to live out West.

Crazy how the rural life over here costs an arm and a leg but there is cheap as chips (and gravy. Sorry Paddy.
I'd be happy living in a fuck off castle.
