Orite lads ! As some of you may (or may not) have noticed, I haven't been around much lately. Had a bad few weeks with my partner Jane. She was due to have an operation on the 22nd which went ahead as planned. During theatre, it was noticed something wasn't quite right. some eagle eyed doctor spotted there was a problem, and it turned out to be a cancerous tumour on her bladder. It was all chopped out, and so far so good, she has had a scan yesterday and there is nothing to fear in her bladder and kidneys. We still have to go to a CT scan to make sure there is nothing sinister anywhere else, so not out of the woods yet.
On a lighter note, I sold my bike yesterday  So I have a wad of 20's burning a hole in my pocket now. I'm not rushing into buying anything straight away, I want summat I've never had before, something slightly different - been looking at Aprilia Pegaso Factory's...

Shit !!! Hope your ol lady gets the all clear from the CT scan and well done to the doc who noticed the tumour.
As said by Ken, you get through some bikes don't you !?!?!

Really glad to hear all is well mate...had noticed you were a bit quiet, now we know why...wish my mum had the same surgeon your jane had...
Aprilia pegaso, had an older model and found it to be huge fun and quicker down some back streets than a sports bike;-)

Thanks to you all, Jane is doing well after her op, and is in a good frame of mind - better than I am lol
I'm looking at getting a Pegaso Factory, or Strada - can't decide which yet. I want something different ! |
